Staggered planting is a must on that big of a field.  I would think you are correct.  Making the extra dry rooms was an amazing decision.  One time cost that allows you to dry as fast as you harvest on site.  That had to be done.

I agree Specs. They are off to a great start. You might be right about the dry rooms as they are a huge asset also. Exciting times ahead. AH Looong!!!
