What they need to do is get a massive yield off the outdoor. Extract everything, and then they have opportunity to make JV's or distributing partnerships because of their .10/gram CPG. No other LP could compete with their output plus cost. The margins will be enormous and still a fraction of others costs. They can literally sell for half the price of their competitors and make 100% more profiit than them. It all comes down to their outdoor yields. Indoor is mainly to fill special orders like flower. Outdoor should be the big winner, at least in the market we are currently in. In a few years this may change, but for now I see this as the catalyst.
Distribution deals are made as follows. If you make a deal to supply X amount of distillate/crude. You better be able to deliver or you will have to purchase 3rd party product to fill the orders. If you are able to sell for cheaper and make a healthy margin, you better have the input material. It all comes down to their outdoor yield. If it is large enough, many doors will open for Aleafia and very fast.
Why does Jeff keep mentioning Mondolez? I have a funny feeling that something is there but they need a few things to happen first. None the less, I do not expect anything to happen till they confirm their yield.
