Figured this was coming....
Figured this was coming....That shelf offering is no surprise to me. The long term debt turns into a short term liability in about a month. They have to show how they planning to deal with that. Imo they not in a position to do acquisition but on the other hand Benic needs to do something because his job on the line. They need the ability to move their product the way canopy can move their through Tokyo Smoke. The online OCS route very crowded with little to differentiate producers.
