I'm surprised you need an update? Surely they've contacted you and the family trust by now, how are you voting? What we're the terms? Are you guys going to cede control of this game of chicken and take better convertable terms, or opt to push into a multi-year legal jostling? I dont see it getting you your capital any quicker, but you seem to have the financial accumen to navigate those waters eh Gilly??
Not sure why anyone wouldnt want to extend the interest payments and end up with better converts. But I guess you genuine one percenters are desperate for your money back.
