Once Germany gets closer to legalization I am expecting that there will be some interest in Canadian producers like ALEAFIA. It would be best if they have EUGMP but if their product is passing via their production partners in Germany an acquirer could use the greenhouse production to source distribution fo that market. Outdoor grow can continue to be sourced for Canadian market.
Israeli cannabis producer Isracann Biosciences Inc. (CSE: IPOT) (XFRA: A2PT0E) (OTC: ISCNF) is set to buy a medical research firm in Canada with the goal of eventually selling tested products to European markets.
In a statement Monday, Isracann says it’s entered a deal to acquire all shares of Praesidio Health Inc. in an all-stock deal valued at $4 million.
After closing, which is expected to happen by April 4, Praesidio will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. The firm is a Canadian medical research company that “develops and validates natural health medicine using an evidence-based process.”
