Reading between the lines, there definitely appears to be something in the wind!, and in accordence with the law, must devulge anything that could affect the movement of the s/p, within, a certain time period, which of course would include any offers to purchase, or even a request to do so! Something should, and will be released before the end of this week! IMO. Have a good day all!
