RE:ACG is bombing - will it ever rebound With only 27 million shares outstanding and for the volume it's done over the last month, it's obvious it's the insiders selling. The price could have easily been going through the 30s , 40s but once it hit 23 area (twice) they sold and sold and sold. And still selling. With that being said , buying keeps coming back in and it has run up a few times already .
