ALSTON VENTURES ANNOUNCES FINANCING
Alston Ventures Inc. has arranged a non-brokered privateplacement of up to 10.7 million units at a price of 28 cents per unitfor gross proceeds of up to $3-million. Each unit consists of onecommon share and one-half common share purchase warrant entitling theholder to purchase an additional share at a price of 35 cents per sharefor a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. Proceeds will beused toward work programs and closings of the recently announcedacquisitions (see press releases in Stockwatch dated April 28 and April22, 2010).
Finders' fees may be payable on the private placement. Theprivate placement is subject to the acceptance for filing of the TSXVenture Exchange.
