Considerations...

When investing in junior/penny stocks there are several  things to consider:
First of all, when investing you often "buy the jockey, not the horse":  this management team has a proven track record.  There are some real oil and gas men here having taken Dynamic Oil and Shellbridge Oil & Gas from pennies to dollars with an eventual buy-out/takeover.
Thus far Alston's acquisitions include existing production and the potential to grow production further.  
For a relatively  new company with a low share float we are off to a good start.
