RE:RE:RE:info Thank You

Porieman I have to agree with your statement,

“”Quite simply it means they're looking for if partners or are looking to sell some non-core areas. Or they're borderline bankrupt and are looking to sell the company.””

It has happened so many times where the founder  of a company and CEO will not be a party to any rollback,,, a problem they were a part of creating.

Eric Owens has run the share count up the flagpole to where they need a rollback that will be bone crushing to existing shareholders. Funding 60,000 mt of drilling will be a real challenge,, the dilution will be so large there will not be anything left for us shareholders.

AZX is caught between a rock and a hard place !

One solution we may see is to replace Eric Owens with a new CEO who could come in and clean up the companies mess with a rollback and attract new capital / investors  at much better  share prices.

It’s never good for share holders when the Board Of Directors don’t do the right thing,, this is the same thing that happened to ER when Stephen De jong and George Salamas had to step in and clean house. IMHO

Just glad I don’t own to many shares in this one.
