Having 480 million shares at this stage of development does not give them much wiggle room going forword. 

They should have delt with rollbacks when it was past by the board last year,,,   Eric playing games,,,  this is POOR managent. IMO

Now look at all the B,S coming out of left field,, lots of money being destroyed here because of Eric Owns ! Who would invest any real money in this company with Mr Owens at the helm ?

Founding CEO's seldom the best people to lead a company ! IMO
