RE:RE:Why BOD steering deal to O3?! PG's raison d'etre- WH out

RE:RE:Why BOD steering deal to O3?! PG's raison d'etre- WH outif possible take a look at the deal that Century Mining(Integra, the original Integra) was bought out by a company( White Tiger) which had never traded but given a value of 8 dollars per share which was a pipe dream. That deal went through and the sp promptly went to pennies and Whiote Tiger disappeared, then Integra got bought out by Eldorado which was given a 5 dollar per share value, it was 5 dollars for about 5 minutes on the day the deal was annoiunced, and that went through also and look what happened to Eldorado shares until the rollback. The management of Integra made out like bandits because the top 2 guys got a million each and the rest also got paid a nice  chuck of change after the Eldorado deal was done. This deal between AZX and O3 looks very much similar to those 2 deals. This is just my observation. I also contacted BCSC and was told that an offer can still be made even after the vote. Not sure if I accept that statement though. I don"t know so I asked.
