The Match Period...?
The match period has been reduced from 10 days to 5 days. So I am wondering, if this period expires, does that mean no company including AEM can make a takeover bid after the 5 days??

No question this is an inferior bid. I wouldn’t be agreeing to it even being up 25% as that evaporates as soon as Chantrell opens. Probably less than$3/share. AEM should have almost agreed to the original offer at 0.04c and waited for that to tank upon opening, then take out Chantrell as most of us would have agreed to that.
