Thousands of HYMC investors are potentially big losers because of management dilution. The SEC and many state regulators have been alerted to possible fraudulent activities by HYMC management. Many HYMC warrant holders have requested an investigation by the above agencies. Shareholders/ Stakeholders are also urged to contact AMC management because of possible legal and financial exposure to their investments. Competent legal advisors should be consulted by both AMC and HYMC warrant and shareholders.
