Here's my 2 cents (or 8)
There are a total of 7 million shares added to the float but 3.5 of those will be at 12 cents and must be exercised over the next 12 months. If all 7 million get exercised then there will be 102million shares outstanding (big deal market cap of 10 million at 0.10). If we get some solid gold result out of the drill program this pp will be forgotten pretty quick.
The thing that interests me most is that it is a non-brokered deal so do they have someone interested already? Maybe I am seeing the glass half full but this seems like a good thing to me (although short term it appears to have cooled us off). Of course, I bought in at 0.085 so if we do get to 0.12 I would be pretty happy. GLTA
