Maybe a buy soon!!!

This looks like something I would buy at .06 or.
The directors did a bridge loan $250.000 and received bonus shares.
Don't need another payment to Sparton for a year. Have 49% of the joint venture with INM.
Did a PP at .08 with one share exercise at .12 for one year.  (Mar 28 2012)
Doesn't look like they are in a hurry to have it exercised and may be doing another PP soon.
The potential upcoming PP may be priced low (Likely) and I may try to get some but before I do I would want to buy some shares in the market before hand so if the price of the share warrants will be exercised later you will be able to sell these shares at a good profit, as sometimes the price is pushed up before the 4 month hold period is over and then later the price is down when they want you to exercise the warrants. You still make money but not as much. This does not hold water if they decide to make a small mine.

This is my opinion but the outstanding shares are getting just about uncomfortable but must do a little more DD for myself. Like who owns all the shares and look at the insider trading.
Watch for tax loss selling Dec. and then maybe buy the PP if it happens.

I love patience but INM will be the operator of a small mine if it goes ahead. Watch that company closely.

You may say INM is a good buy at .30 but it is easier to double your money from .06-.08 than from .30 to .60
INM outstanding is something to live for.

But AJC just sealed there share of the deal lately This to me is bullish and also look at YGD. (May be tightly held)

The world is not coming to a end and Bernanke will help you make money, all this termoil in the world is good for capitalism. Destroy and rebuild.
