- LIACF and others receive grant on Mar 4th - "The grant provides funding to complete field demonstration"
Presuming BLM's primary concerns are environmental and LIACF and others (the Grant recipients') questioned bearing 100% of the costs with shareholder $$$ "to complete field demonstration".
So the Attorneys got busy applying for Federal Grant funding so the could complete the "field demonstration" results and provide the BLM the scientific results.
Fast forward to March 23rd and the "field demonstration" released results even surprised LIACF to the positive. Next, provided the granular details requested by BLM and boom off to the races.
