RE:RE:Moving forward?Although it is not unusual for shares of company that is acquiring assets to go down ….after all it is a major expenditure in case of American Lithium it feels like there is some disconnect between action & share price. All I’m reading in this latest news release is how this acquisition brings this…. “highly complementary skill set” or that this ‘new company’ has…. “one of the largest combined lithium resources globally” yet the market shows no excitement.
It took over a page to describe a rather convoluted share exchange arrangements but not a sentence about how the company is moving forward & why I should keep my shares. Is good doctor Stefan going to cure this prolong slump and outline some plan of action ….a real way of moving forward. With all those bright new people & a world class resource; WHAT IS THE PLAN?
