Peruvian subsidiary is not at risk. Only 32 out of 151 consessions are at question.
Also, Li already won ruling against the government, it is fighting the appeal which always have better chances than initial fight.
Risk does exist, but much more limited than shorts perceive.
S/p go down on appeal prospect, but will be back even stronger if company will close this chapter.
Again, we are talking bout 20% of the site, the rest 80% out of the question.
