American Lithium Completes $15.0 Million Funding

American Lithium Corp. announced last night that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate proceeds of $15.0 million. The offering consisted of 7.5 million units sold at $2.00 per unit.

Is $2 the best they could do? Now this stock will be locked in at this level.....until they can show some results. But money in the kitty is always good. G37

Not to worry about this one.... I didn't like their tie up with government, otherwise, it has great potential. Governments are usually big dampers in any growth process. Because, politicians money is proportional to the damping coefficient!
