I’m a long time shareholder in Americam Lithium & still underwater …..mainly because of this Macusani screw-up/incompetence by LI staff in Peru – late lease payment. Now, tied up in courts with no indication from the company that situation is rectified internally and will not happen again. IMHO confidence in company’s’ ability to execute projects is just as important as resource & projects itself; I don’t feel that way about this company.
Still holding & wishing that management/Simon would pull their pants up and start acting like grown-ups.

IMO, the question is.....What is the REAL INTENT behind the dispute of claims ? I have my opinions on this

Why don't you share your opinion? We could then discuss and exchange opnions, ideas, etc...this is why we are participating in a forum, right?

here's a thought. Disrupt the whole process in order to manufacture a lower share price by creating a useless hurdle and then quietly buy shares of Li at a cheap price
