there have been so many delays to file that i can't count them anymore; They only promised 02&03 to be edgarized and they are failing to do so. For 04, they promised that they will be files in the next 2 months. Based on management history and failure to achieve what was announced in a NewsRelease (read their past NR since Jan-Feb 04), you need to add 5-6 months to their target date for 02&03, that brings us to May-June 2005, and only then you start counting for 04 results to be filed...which should bring you to end of 2005... So, you can still sell at these high prices and buy back around 0,04$ if you believe that eventually they will file and attract more investors.
