IMO - Steel stocks are caught up in the uncertainty of the US trade actions and the fact that they could have a negative impact on world growth. MT due to the fact that it has production capability in ...more

Yes they do have a good track record but a reverse share split that is tanking is worrisome for me right now ... I can't find anything that can explain the falling share price .. glta

The Mittal family owns 40% of the shares and so I do not see them knowingly doing anything to negatively affect share price. They also did a big capital raise with the warrent issue not to long ago ...more

I always thought that reverse split meant that there would be an issue for more shares by the co pany down the road to raise capital... I don't see this reverse split as a bad thing but why do it ...more

IMO = The reverse spilt puts them at a better trading price. They also had over 2 billion shares outstanding which is high andf this brings that down. Now is also a good time to do it as the steel ...more

With Europe and America both pushing back on Dumped chineese steel and Brazil bouncing off a bottom and Trumps infrastructure and Jobs policies, we should be in for a good stretch going forward. Also ...more
