Is Europe finally waking up?

Looks like they may be as the UK's largest steel suplier Tatta Steel is throwing in the towel putting 20,000 direct jobs at risk - reason given is unchecked dumping of steel by China and others into Europe. Looks like Erope now getting ready to take action - Although probably to late for Tatta. better late than never! MT has lots of European production and so should benefit!!
