Is he going to try and sell the company? "Mr. Sadowsky is a New York-based lawyer and business consultant with four decades of experience in complex transactions and investment banking."

Mr. Sadowsky said, and I quote:  "it is important that RecycLiCo continues to take the steps necessary to move from an early-stage venture company to a major player in the battery recycling industry and that we have the resources to do so." It doesn't sound like selling the Company is on the table. IMHO

Sell the company? Large amount of debt, zero revenue and a bunch of worthless patents. What's it worth? $0.10 - $0.15 a share? I doubt it.
