There was about .37 of dilution to the balance sheet so there could be support around this level if the market wants to use the same forward multiples.  The deal is backstopped but who knows how many people don't want to pony-up more cash and decide to sell in the interim.  Throw the macro issues and the price volatility of OSB into the mix as well!
