They have been burdened with huge debt loads in the past, even after their restructuring, don't you think that this move to pay off their debt and rewrite existing debt contracts will benefit this stock and give it more cash to grow? They should be taking over borderline mills imho and gearing them up for the coming shortage of lumber......
