How can SP hold up

With over doubling of cheap shares coming to market in the next week or two and available to trade openly by year end there could be alot of pressure on SP.Plus eps is cut to more than half,  I am not getting somthing.

The company's EBITA was 52 million last quarter. One year ago ANS market cap was 72 million. The dilution is going to be cancelled out by the cash. The only thing that can kill this stock is a market crash of osb prices. The recent hurricane killed that option. People are buying up shares now so they can double up on the cheap right shares. shoulda woulda coulda.
