Comment by TIMBERONE on Dec 03, 2012 11:56am
the sp should be sitting at least at $2.50
Comment by oceaneleven on Dec 03, 2012 11:58am
We seem to be priced in around the same sp that was trading before the official announcement.....
Comment by twm123 on Dec 03, 2012 12:05pm
Well i dont know how we calc this.  I am pretty good with math, should be (im an accountant) but not sure on this one.  Ive seen it calc as right plus share price divided by two, and that seems to be close to what we are at now.  Where do you get the 2.50 from?  IMO these are going to be highly volatile times and we probably wont get a true share price for a couple ...more

last trade on rights is 1.39.  for each right you get a chance to buy 1.388422 shares at 1.25.   1.388422 * 1.25 = 1.7355275   cost to you is 1.39 + 1.7355275 = 3.1255275   each share = 3.1255275 / 1.388422 = 2.25   ps.  when action subsides....this is how it is calculated, give or take any selling pressure down or buying up of which can make the sp and rt sp go ...more

You the man Dave.  that looks right on.
Comment by Tobuyornot on Dec 03, 2012 12:31pm
I don't think that's right Dave.   1.388 shares for $1.39 + $1.25 =$2.64 for 1.388 shares.
Comment by thedave2006 on Dec 03, 2012 12:35pm
1.388422 shares at 1.25.
Comment by Tobuyornot on Dec 03, 2012 12:38pm
But you just said you bot for $1.39 THEN it's plus $1.25
Comment by thedave2006 on Dec 03, 2012 12:43pm
buy 1 right 1.39.   exercise the 1 right at 1.25 per share for 1.388422 shares = 1.7355275   cost = 1.39 + 1.7355275 = 3.1255275   share price = 3.1255275 / 1.388422 = 2.251136542059979

"1.388422 * 1.25 = 1.7355275" This inverts the formula It should be 1.388422 / $1.25 =  $1.11 per share 1.388422 / 1.39 = .9988 cents per share Total cost per share $1.11 + .9988 = $2.108
Comment by thedave2006 on Dec 03, 2012 1:10pm
ok who is right me or tobuyornot.  imho, 1 right gives you a chance to buy 1.388422 shares at 1.25 per share.
Comment by mohasa on Dec 03, 2012 1:17pm
imho, 1 right gives you a chance to buy 1.388422 shares at 1.25 per share.:  That's what the prospectus and news release say! For each Right held, the holder thereof is entitled to purchase 1.388422 Common Shares (the "Basic Subscription Privilege") at a price of $1.25 per Common Share prior to 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on December 21, 2012 (the "Expiry Date" ...more

Comment by Ciao on Dec 03, 2012 2:26pm
I spoke to the CFO a few weeks ago.  I right gives you privilege to buy 1.4 shares and the market also telling you that today.  That confirmed my previous post when right issue came out and I knew 140 million share would be issued, I thought perhaps 1.4 rights to buy 1 share but it was 1 right to buy 1.4 shares.  I soild my shares this morning at $2.95 as I knew value of stock and ...more
