I guess my first reaction is that you were reading the wrong WEF report as the Qtrly earnings were up from 3 cents to .05 cents fully diluted.  Secondly as to cash position you have to understand how to read a financial report.  You have to calculate the recievables depreciation, depeletion and payables plus cashon hand to arrive at what is available.  The report does not do it for you,  it simply gives you the figures to work with.   If you ever ran your own enterprise you should know that.

I was reading q4 and i saw they just put up q1. 5c/share yes but the last five quarters, EPS has been: 0.05, 0.03, 0.00, 0.03, 0.00 also, i realize there is more net worth, but buying back shares only increases shareholder value. R To increase shareholder value thru debt just makes no sense to me.  If you think its great all around for the company, then i say more power to you.

The positive part of WEF.   They said in a news release I posted a short time ago on that board in answer to Xene25 question.    Western states they have No Net Debt.   That was a release copied from Forest talk .  There has been steady improvement Q over Q for the last 3 consecutive. The 100 M they are arranging for the buy back is ...more

WEF not a good bet ?    Yet you say ANS is a buy with 368 Million in debt Vs WEF with No Net Debt. + dividend, where the product price charts look the same.      I think you are inclined to make assessments, weighted on current and past happenings rather than future projections.    The only real difference between them is ...more

all depends how and what you look at on a balance sheet. 300+ M in debt, yes but ANS also has 141M in CASH. WEF has 9.7M in cash. Our 141M will coast us though the lull times which is right now. We will have one more stellar quarterly,(realistically add another 32M) then its going to be lackluster for a couple quarters. Hopefully by next year, when the housing rise starts again, we will ...more

I understand the sell very well why the sell. "SELL ON NEWS"  I sold 25k myself at $1.36 -37 which I was avgd. in at $1.27 have got most back at 1.32 already .  The buy back is expected to be between $1.38 to 1.42 for shares committed. so I gained .07 on the sell,  .04 on the drop and should gain approx. .08  when ...more
