RE:RE:SICK BEDCementing off the top zone perforations to produce from a lower zone is very common. Once you plug that zone and isolate the water zone, then drill pipe through the cement plug past your water zone you should be able to bring the oil up from the lower zone with out the water coming in to your casing. Unless I am missing something else. We used to do that all the time in Canada. 
Hopefully good news soon once they bring the other 6 wells online and get these other 2 sorted out.
