This recent news, combined with the recent low, combined with the announced possible lawsuit suggests maximum fear has been reached. Chart looks awesome today. A stock like this can get very painful if it starts to go up and you are short. Remember Bob Buchan is still behind this and he knows everyone in the gold business. A great time to go long, and you have a great price to use a stop. Also keep an eye on the options on the U.S. side. Thanks for all the data. I agree that a near-term bottom looks to be in place. This was the best volume up day since mid March, which is a big positive. I suspect that a major bottom is in place in the SP at least relative to gold. The biggest question, right now, is whether we have a major bottom in place in gold. If not, then any near bottom in ANV holding is questionable. If gold ...more

As the lawyers actions start being scrutinized their potential clients may withdraw from the class actions. Todays news looks positive but will the lawyers see it as it is..
