That Kenya will sweeten the offer to entice AOI and TOTAL back. I am basing this on a post that states that TOTAL also walked.

No chance. They gave up all rights to this. Tullow owns this all now. It is too bad they couldn't get something out of it besides a write off... But i assume they are looking towards Venus. Not sure if they want to keep a piece of it or hoping to get it monetized fast. Really frustrating waiting all this time and not seeing Kenya through. Seems like shareholders in Sweden liked
