Tucker stated will release plan in the fall to deliver value to SH.  His heavy buying only weeks after starting is huge.

The plan is already there....merge with another company, raise Venus interest, stay in the Venus development as long as possible....up to you, wether you like the plan...the market didn't.

Well i read someone's take of the meeting that he mentioned all these things but it was not a public meeting where anyone could attend. That information should be made more public, unless i am missing a new release or something...
