Potash Deal In The Making With KCL, Great Upside Potential

Management has lent the company funds so that they can work on completing a JV deal for their Green River potash project. Why is this a good situation:

1) 71% of the float is held by management/friends/family/institutions
2) Management lend funds to complete a JV deal which means no dilution
3) Green River property has a historical resource of 600 million to 1 billion tonnes of potash, drilled too
4) Project is very close to the largest potash mine in america
5) Balance sheet is clean, so no debt baggage
