Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I have been holding this and addig when I can for a long time now. I have full faith in Aphria and know this company will be one of the top 3 MJ company in the sector going forward. Still, just a little disappointed.

Under a rock? This week, particularly today was the worst day they could have been uplisted considering how worried investors were about the Federal budget (presented today after market close) and potential changes to investor tax structures (i.e. capital gains tax, dividen tax, etc). This put a huge strain on the TSX the last little while. You have to understand that big investors don't like uncertainty especially if it has the potential to impact the markets and eats away profit.

I strongly believe the downward pressure was caused solely by investor uncertainty (and lack on confidence) and now that it's been cleared up with no negative changes we will see the markets respond tomorrow. I also think Aph will do very well tomorrow as it's the first day on the TSX without this elephant in room.

Hopefully I wise to add 1400 shares to my position today, we'll find out tomorrow but I'm pretty confident.

Please feel free to add your thoughts folks and as always best of luck to everyone,
