Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I've posted this thought before, but I think, with all the numerous leaks, there will be bad news for the current players....could be pricing, taxes, marketing restrictions.Already, the leaked news that they will make it so much easier to get licensing for recreational MJ companies is bad news for the existing "big players" who's inflated sp's were likely because of the anticipation of future rec market profits.

What unexpected good news news are folk hoping for in the legalizaion announcement?

The whole medical MJ sector is selling off....on the eve of the long awaited announcement. Can't bode well for tomorrowand thereafter.

Not bashing.I made a bad timing error and "missed the boat".I'm out of all MJ investments....I'll accept the 2% loss ($650) and move on.

My opinions and good luck to all.
