Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The opposing parties aim is to make the Liberals look bad by not keeping an election promise. The Liberals know how important legalization is and will push it through. In the end, it really does not matter what some of these premiers do because we will also have a federal wide mail order for the provinces that are too slow. What the heck have some of these premiers been doing all this time anyway as the whole legalization process has not been some secret.

Trudeau might want to "rush" things....but if tthe Provinces clearly are not ready,he may have to make concessions to the Senate.

It seems ludicrous for him to force it upon a country that is ill-prepared and saying that people can get their weed thru mail order. I just cannot see that happening.
