What do you think why Vic is getting out with US holdings NOW? Why he did not do it earlier so he could get full access to institutional financings instead of diluting ....? I feel he was a bit late in hes last few moves frankly...
Otherwise, I am new on this board, heavily long and prepared to buy further...
