Speculators will be replaced by investors
"Investors" up to know were really "speculators". Speculating the government would pass the law. Not all investors are speculators. In fact, most aren't.
That's why banks and tranditional mutual funds have been relunctant to jump in.
The game has changed today. We now have an official new "market sector".
Cannabis stocks will migration from "biomedical" to it's own sector.
