Arway.ai (CSE:ARWY) has integrated Apple’s (NDAQ:AAPL) new enterprise APIs with its augmented reality (AR) solutions.

This integration will leverage Apple Vision Pro’s top-of-the-line hardware and sensor capabilities with Arway’s platform capabilities, which the Toronto-based company believes will lead to more enterprise deployments. This means a hands-free AR experience with more accurate tracking and positioning that will be more versatile and user-friendly. ARway.ai’s platform uses a combination of visual inertial odometry, GPS and visual markers.

“As a software platform, we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible with available devices,” Evan Gappelberg, CEO of ARway.ai, said in a news release. “By leveraging Apple Vision Pro’s advanced hardware, we can offer our clients even more sophisticated AR solutions, enhancing the accuracy and interactivity of our spatial computing platform. This not only improves the user experience but also expands the range of applications and industries we can serve.”

Apple announced some new updates at its worldwide developers’ conference (WWDC 2024):

  • Improved sensor access: Grants developers enhanced access to Vision Pro’s sensors, allowing for more accurate data collection and interaction in spatial applications, including new features for camera feed access and spatial barcode/QR code scanning.
  • Advanced platform control: Provides more control over the Vision Pro platform, including access to the Apple Neural Engine for sophisticated machine learning and AI capabilities, such as real-time object tracking.
  • Enhanced spatial computing: Facilitates the creation of more immersive and interactive 3D content with tools such as Reality Composer Pro and RealityKit.

The industrial applications that this platform applies to include retail and hospitality, construction and manufacturing, field services and transportation, and even events and tradeshows.

ARway is an artificial intelligence and augmented reality no-code navigation platform for the real-world metaverse.

Arway.ai (CSE:ARWY) opened trading at $0.24 per share.
