Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Senate Vote

RE:RE:RE:RE:Senate VoteI don't know what Vinny is squawking about since I've got him on ignore..but IMO vote price is not baked into any sp. It still has to pass again in the house of commons, I know that it should pass, but as a big investor would you take the chance. In theory it could pinball back an forth until both house and senate agree on the exact same bill. As for the TSX, yes NAFTA and that maroon of a president will hurt the TSX. But the Canadian MJ business, atleast TSX wise since they don't allow US investment, shouldn't be hurt to bad. That damage has already been done, Canadian MJ are more focused International. Forget the USA and it's looooooser if a president.
