Do you read?

Independant directors which APHA has on board form a specila comittee to assess if the LATAM acqusitions are fair.  Independant directors are just that .  Independant from the main BOD.  They have instructions to assess the if LATAM was bought at a fair value and will call in an outside party to assist in that process.
