Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Fiction or Non Fiction. Here is my take on what led
great theory In reference to the last paragraph, Vic resigned from Sol in April, long before this deal went down. And Andy is not a board member, or executive of Aphria, so he has nothing to step down from in regards to Aphria. But point taken regardless. One of the main reasons I invested in apha was the behind the scenes genius of scy and LHS and the trail blazing from Andy. It's been in plain view FOREVER, and has drawn zero scrutiny from Regulators. On another note, let's remember that in the beginning, banks and typical financiers wanted nothing to do with this industry. Linton begged for money for Canopy. The industry, including NASDAQ darling Tilray, are funded through hedge funds and trusts and family trusts. It's simply how they all got off the ground. They had no other recourse. For these guys willing to put up the money where no one else would, I don't mind if they make bank on this industry. As far LATAM in general, ask mining companies how they operate down there. There is a game to play in that market, as underhanded as it is, it's real. I accept the risk of emerging markets and in this case, an emerging industry as well.
