Can you imagine...what’s going in the company’s boardroom, as I write this? It may very be in their lawyer’s boardroom, and for sure 24/7, so much at stake. The cost to prepare this rebuttal will be substantial. They have to get it right, one time only, hopefully light enough on the legalese so the average person can understand it but concise and complete. Anything wishy washy and they will get hammered.
