Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

if you own shares or are considering buying

if you own shares or are considering buyingIf you want to hold your position or you want to add you should be absolutely confident and trusting of the company going forward. You would hope that management wants you to feel confident and trusting going forward. I would be willing to buy shares if the company announced on Wednesday that an independent well established accounting firm would be performing a forensic audit. I can’t think of a more appropriate action under the circumstances. If things come out rosy I would have no hesitation in buying stock. If this idea makes you uncomfortable then you should listen to your gut.
