Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Just a small tweak:

Monday Jan 7 could still be dicey as some institutions prefer to keep driving S/P up all the way down to the wire before expected-to-be-good earnings and then dump hard.

Plus many corporate execs will return to their office on Jan 7.

I will hold off until Wednesday Jan 9 to see if there's any response to GG's offer from other potential bidders.

If no other bidders have shown up by Wednesday Jan 9, expect S/P to drop like a rock on Thursday.

Friday's priced-in-by-Wednesday Q2 earnings, no matter how stellar, will only serve as the next big catalyst for a sustained downturn.

And there could very well be another bidder, will be great for all shareholders, not me though.
