Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Diageo in Toronto tonight at Four Seasons

RE:Diageo in Toronto tonight at Four Seasons Oh come on!?! Really??! Diageo will not do any deal with APHA, period! What CEO would stand before the Board of his company and explain that, despite the dark cloud of unanswered allegations of fraud, they are going to invest Billions of dollars in Aphria. If, by some miracle the Board were to support the next step would be explaining to shareholders why the decision makes sense. Beyond that the market will have its say in valuing the transaction! Too many dangers lurking! I hasten to remind you that there are many, many other companies without the scourge of potential wrongdoing in their past to choose from! While you’re all dreaming, this dog will keep costing you in opportunities lost! If Diageo were in the City it would be interesting to see who gets a deal, but , as with all other “sightings” reported on this forum its just BS! Rebuttal despararately required and, as shareholders, you should be demanding that it be completed and presented!
