I recognize that recent events that have transpired have caused frustration, but please note that there is no deadline for the Special Committee to complete their work so at the present time I’m not able to confirm a date when they will report their results. However, the Board and the Committee understand the urgency of responding to these allegations in a timely and complete manner.
Aphria is continuing with daily operations of building and growing as a global leader in the cannabis market and driving towards long-term shareholder value.
If there are any material events, investments, agreements, partnerships etc. Aphria will publicly release it via press release as soon as possible.
