The lawsuits are baseless, what are they gonna say? You were the victim of a short attack and retailers fled ? And your response wasnt timely enough so you are being sued? There is no substance in the attack, or in the lawsuits, so the idea of waiting them out is rediculous. The rubuttal will shut them down, the inaction by regulators will shut them down and a climbing stock price will shut them down.
All of Crons class actions are still wide open, I just checked. Did that leave them without a deal?
